I looked for error, found one (Legs thin too fast going down), and voted 9. Let's see... what's this guy made of...
-Ex-military (Tough)
-K00l hair (Slick)
-Cigarette (Unhealthy, but Badass)
-Red eyes (Mischevious)
-Tatoos under eyes (Mysterious)
-Band-Aid on nos- wait, what? (Cliche, but whatever.)
-Tipping of hat (Polite, even if deceptively)
-Gloves (Dunno, just cool)

Dystopia at it's grandest.

Looks beautifully industrial, but slightly monochromatic. I'm not an artist, but those are my thoughts, right or wrong.

Awe-inspiring.

What can I say about this? Simply put, it's an amazing piece of artwork that looks amazing as a wallpaper (this is my wallpaper, btw). With a highly-detailed character on the right with charging soldiers in the distance, it leaves room for desktop icons on the left while keeping a cool look on the right. I would have only knocked off 0.5 points because of the low-detail guy on the tower, because even a small blemish stands out on such a good piece, but Newgrounds only has whole #'s. Sorry! But great job!
